I am an Atlanta based, wedding photographer but more importantly I am an artist. I believe that there is beauty in everything and that life, itself, is beautiful in all of its uncertainty. My camera serves as a powerful tool, allowing me to express my creativity in amazing, sometimes unconventional ways. I am able to use the medium of photography to capture the magnificence and beauty of the world as well as the people in it. I look forward to meeting you, reading your comments, and sharing my work with you. Thanks so much for stopping by to visit. I hope you come back soon and often! Atlanta Portrait Photography | Morgan Family

Friday, November 18th, 2011

You don’t choose your family.  They are God’s gift to you, as you are to them.  ~Desmond Tutu

I had the pleasure of photographing Andrea and her three kids. We had a good time capturing these family memories. Since one of her kids is off to college next year, I’m sure she’ll cherish these for years to come.

Atlanta Portrait Photography | 52 Weeks Project – Week 5 “Vulnerable”

“When we were children, we used to think that when we were grown-up we would no longer be vulnerable. But to grow up is to accept vulnerability… To be alive is to be vulnerable.” ~ Madeleine L’Engle

“With each passage of human growth we must shed a protective structure [like a hardy crustacean]. We are left exposed and vulnerable – but also yeasty and embryonic again, capable of stretching in ways we hadn’t known before.” ~ Gail Sheehy

Atlanta Portrait Photography | Meet Tiffanie

Tuesday, November 1st, 2011

Tiffanie and I “officially” met in August. We were both attending a reunion, which was comprised of individuals who had participated in one of my mentor’s workshops in the past. We had a great time and everybody got a chance to meet each other and hangout. Tiffanie told me she was gonna be in town this past weekend so we decided to schedule a shoot. We both expressed the desire to have pictures taken for our respective website so… she offered to take my picture and I in return took some pictures of her. Although, I lost my keys in the process and it was a but nippy, we managed to come away with some stellar images. Hope you like these Tiffanie!
