A few weeks ago I received my first press printed album. I was really excited to see how it turned out and I couldn’t have been more happy with the end results. These books are great for engagement albums because you can write directly on the pages of the book. I design it so that my clients can use it as a guestbook at their weddings. I just LOVE it when things can serve a dual purpose. I’m so excited to make more of these in the future. What do you guys think?

Friday, July 29th, 2011Atlanta “Love Session” Photography | Bridget & Andrew
Wednesday, May 11th, 2011For the past couple of months these two love birds have had to maintain a long distance relationship. However, that has all changed now that Bridget has moved to where her beau, now calls home. I was fortunate enough to do a “love session” for these two before they embark on another milestone in their relationship. Their love was evident as we walked around the park and snapped some photos. I had a blast photographing you guys and by the end of the session it seemed like we were long lost friends. Best of luck in your future endeavors and if I’m ever in Austin, I’ll be sure to look you guys up!
Had to get a picture of the “bro fist”

Tuesday, May 10th, 2011Auburn Engagement Photography | Toya & Bruce
Tuesday, April 5th, 2011He says they met at Walmart. “It doesn’t count if I don’t remember it” she responds. She politely corrects him, “We met at Keller Hall at Auburn University.” She explains that she was visiting his roommate when they were “properly” introduced. 2 weeks after their “first” introduction, she can’t figure out why she likes him but… she does. From there, a friendship flourished. They say the best relationships come from great friendships and one January day they put this theory to the test; a relationship bloomed. On her birthday, 4 years later, riding in a hot air ballon, he asks her to be his wife. She knows exactly why she loves him and she says yes.
I drove to Auburn (the place they met) to take my best friend and her fiancee’s engagement photos. I was honored, to say the least. I’m so happy for the two of you and even though I won’t be able to shoot your wedding, I look forward to participating in your special day.
Atlanta Engagement Photography | Aisha + Charles
Tuesday, March 1st, 2011It was a beautiful, February day during Aisha & Charles’s engagement session but, the beauty of the day palled in comparison to the beauty of the love between two wonderful people. Aisha and Charles met through church and have spent years cultivating a love that is evident to anyone that is near them. It was a pleasure to document their love during their engagement session. There were lots of smiles, laughs, and kisses shared between them as I stood by as a innocent bystander capturing the moments that make life grand. I look forward to shooting their wedding September!

Atlanta Portrait Photography | Amy + Laz
Monday, December 6th, 2010A few weeks ago, I emailed Amy to see if she would take portraits of Sam and I. That one email turned into me, eventually, taking pictures of Amy and her husband Laz. They are both photographers so I must be honest and say I was a little nervous to take their picture. However, the day ran smoothly and I was able to get some FAB-U-LOUS images. Amy and Laz, you guys rocked this shoot even with the wind blowing and the freezing temperatures. It was great getting to know you guys. Thanks for being patient with us so we could get “the shot.” I hope you guys like them!
Special thanks to Sam for being my second in command!

Atlanta Engagment Photography: Jo & Tae
Friday, May 21st, 2010Their love is one that goes without saying. As they shared inside jokes and she smiled at him softly, I could feel the love that permeated between them. Some people just work togther, they fit with each other perfectly; Jo & Tae have this kind of love. They ebb and flow with each other, manuvering together in perfect sync. It was my honor and pleasure to spend a couple of hours with them on a beautiful afternoon. Although, I hit my head pretty hard during their shoot, it didn’t stop me or these guys from capturing their love. Jo & Tae are getting married in October and I’m sure that anyone fortunate to be at the ceremony will be able to witness true love at its finest…
