I am an Atlanta based, wedding photographer but more importantly I am an artist. I believe that there is beauty in everything and that life, itself, is beautiful in all of its uncertainty. My camera serves as a powerful tool, allowing me to express my creativity in amazing, sometimes unconventional ways. I am able to use the medium of photography to capture the magnificence and beauty of the world as well as the people in it.

I was looking at some of my pictures on my computer and I stumbled upon this one. I initially liked this picture right away and my opinion hasn’t changed about it. It’s something so simple yet profound about it and I really like the lighting in this picture. There are so many words that come to my mind when I look at this image. What words come to your mind? After all… they say a picture is worth a thousand words.

Michelle Gainey is an event /wedding planner and owner of Lemiga Events. I had the opportunity to capture a few pictures of her and her two daughters during a workshop I went to recently. It was evident that these girls adored their mother and that she was enamored with them as well. There is nothing truly like a mother’s love and these pictures demonstrate a little taste of how much she loves her girls.
